Please, if you know people who participated in this camp, ask them to contribute their memories. This is a story that deserves to be told, in honor of the brave people who organized and led it, and in honor of what they taught us.

Janet,
It is so nice to hear about your experiences with the Inter-Racial camp at Little Grassy. Ivan Lirely was my father and Bill Lirely was my grandfather. Both of them have passed away but it is wonderful to know that the work they did at the camp at Little Grassy touched peoples lives.
